Youth Development Projects

The project’s objective is to provide youngsters that are about to Child’s Villages (14 to 18 years old) tools and orientation that can enhance their capabilities and facilitate their return to society and job searching.  It consists of an integral program for the benefited youngsters through three parts: 

1) The company: To develop entrepreneurial skills by participating in a program alike “Junior Achievement – The Company”. It is developed in classes of 1.5 hours each week, during 15 weeks. Through the sessions they create, run and close their own company.

2) Career Orientation: This Part consists of two psychological examinations sessions (3 hours each). As a result, an inform of each of the kids is made and shared/ discussed with each of them so that they can decide what to study given their skills, preferences and possibilities.

3) Technical Studies and Job Searching: A technical career in private institutes (of their chosen career) and all expenses related are supplied for the youngsters. in private institutes. When they finish their studies they receive help in order to find a job/ internship.
